The Famous French Collection
A fourth-generation pastry chef, he learned his trade from Gaston Lenôtre. It was there that he discovered the macaron, a small bite that would become his favorite form of expression. His illustrious career continued at Fauchon and then Ladurée before he founded Maison Pierre Hermé Paris in 1998.
Like the great couturiers, he designs his desserts from scratch.
Did you know?
Pierre Hermé, the master of French haute pâtisserie, has been called "the Picasso of pastry" by the prestigious Vogue magazine.
